In 2014, we sent a core production team of three (director, producer and videographer) to Europe for three weeks with Deakin University’s Business and Law International Study Program. We created a documentary campaign to support the international study tour experience, revealing the intimate experiences of the attending students, across a series of video diaries and web series content.
Upon our return to Melbourne, we created a half-hour broadcast special, that was part-travelogue and part-exploration of Europe’s major corporations in a post-recession economy, whilst also showcasing the opportunities available to Deakin University students. This special screened on Melbourne’s Channel 31. The overall campaign was highly successful, with each segment attracting tens of thousands of views on social media.
